Questions and Answers

 a.  Does Kelly’s Family Pharmacy (KFP) accept my insurance?  Most likely, yes.  We accept all major insurance and over 3,000 different plans.  But you can always contact our pharmacy directly and we can check your individual plan to verify coverage.
   b.  How can I transfer my prescriptions to Kelly’s Family Pharmacy?  It is easy!  Just call or stop by.  All we need is your old bottles or the information from your current prescription.  Our staff will make all necessary calls and any work necessary to ensure that your prescription gets transferred and is ready whenever you would like it.
   c.  Does Kelly’s Family Pharmacy offer vaccines?  We have four pharmacists who are vaccine certified on staff at KFP to take care of all your vaccination needs.  We offer an extensive line of vaccines (Shingrix, various flu vaccines, Pneumovax 23, Prevnar 13, tetanus and diphtheria vaccines).  We also bill vaccines to any and all applicable insurances so that you get the best available price (sometimes as low as $0 copay).
   d.  Does Kelly’s Family Pharmacy have a drive thru?  Yes we do!  We have two windows to serve you.  Anytime you want to drop a prescription off or pickup, our staff will be happy to take care of you.
   e.  How does Kelly’s Family Pharmacy’s delivery service work?  We deliver every weekday to the City of Easley.  Our city residents are not charged for delivery.  Residents outside the city limits are subject to a $2-$5 delivery fee (depending on distance from the pharmacy).  We can deliver to businesses, homes, assisted living, nursing homes, and apartment complexes.  Wherever you need your prescription, we will do our best to get it to you!
   f.  Does Kelly’s Family Pharmacy carry over-the-counter items?  Yes we do.  We carry full lines of cough and cold items, pain relief, first aid, vitamin and herbal products, stomach and digestion aides, eye care, as well as some very cute gift ideas and novelty items.
   g.  What are Kelly’s Family Pharmacy’s hours of operation?  8am – 6pm Monday through Friday and 9am-1pm on Saturdays
   h.  As a patient, can I email questions directly to a pharmacist?  Yes.  Anytime you have questions or concerns, our pharmacists are here for you.  Just email kellysfamilypharmacy@gmail.com and one of our pharmacists will respond for your question as soon as possible.
   I.  Does Kelly’s Family Pharmacy offer a discount card for non-insured customers?  Yes we do!  Our KFP Loyalty Plan has saved our customers thousands of dollars.  We offer this program for FREE so that our uninsured customers can maximize their savings and know they are getting the best price in the area!
